Speaker: Jeffrey Eisenberg, author of “Waiting for Your Cat to Bark?”
Where: Pearl Stable
The days of Pavlovian responses from our customers are history, and author Jeffrey Eisenberg shows you how to deal with the reality.
Waiting for Your Cat to Bark? Persuading Customers When They Ignore Marketing, a thought-provoking book presented at AAF’s National Convention in San Francisco, examines how emerging media have undermined the effectiveness of prevailing mass marketing models and created an unprecedented opportunity for businesses to redefine how they communicate with customers.
Eisenberg will show you the power of increasingly interconnected media channels by introducing Persuasion Architecture, a model that provides businesses with a proven context for rethinking customers and retooling marketers in a rewired market.
Please RSVP by Friday, August 4 to Vicki Timoteo at vtimoteo@satx.rr.com
