Designing Flash layouts without needing to know complex code is now possible within QuarkXPress. Quark Inc. announced today the availability of Quark Interactive Designer, which enables creative professionals to leverage their skills to create rich, interactive content such as interactive tours, online ads, and design-driven presentations using QuarkXPress 7.
