Senior Graphic Designer

We are looking for a senior-level Web Graphic Designer to add to our growing team. The ideal candidate would be a team player, highly-motivated, intrigued by web-based performance analytics, as well as being willing and able to provide well-constructed creative briefs and creative approach recommendations.  The candidate will be responsible for concept, design and development of Flash and animated gif web banners, registration forms, and mirco and tactical sites.  The ideal candidate takes perverse joy in producing incredible amounts of work in seemingly infinitesimally small periods of time.

Our Graphic Designers work closely with client teams, the technology team, the publisher/media buying team as well as other departments within the company in generating high-performance creative outputs – must have the ability to identify small mods to creatives that generate huge increases in performance. While online design and implementation skills are paramount, print and other traditional media experience is a plus.  Excellent Flash, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator and typographical skills are required. It is imperative that this candidate be a self-starter who is passionate about meeting new challenges.

Previous experience with Direct Response, Affiliate Marketing, or Promotional Marketing a plus.
